If you have Visual C++ 2012 redistributable or higher redistributable installed, you can try to uninstall them from Control Panel. If you have any issue after uninstalling, you can reinstall them from the page. If some programs depend on it, uninstalling may cause some programs that depend on it to not run correctly.įor Visual C++ 2010 and lower redistributable, it is no longer supported. I suppose there is no an easy way to know which installed programs depend on these redistributable. Or they are included with Windows as a service pack. ![]() For Visual C++ Redistributable, they are usually installed along with some programs that require them.
